Do not rely on a handover beyond airport security. Any proposed airport meeting must have an agreed accessible location and sufficient time before the traveller needs to check in. For forgotten keys, identify the authorised recipient without displaying personal address details on the packaging unnecessarily.

Original paperwork, existing passports, keys and eligible small personal or business items can be assessed. For goods, send an accurate contents description, packed dimensions, weight and value, including any batteries, liquids or special handling needs. Dangerous goods are not accepted.
The quote is for the agreed journey and handover. A second stop, signature collection or return journey needs to be included before booking. We confirm the proposed route, item acceptance and total price rather than publish a fixed fare for every request.
