Your delivery and price
We confirm the collection, recipient, delivery timing and total price in writing. Your quote explains what is included and any extra costs that need agreement.
Payment and confirmation
New customers pay in full before we commit to travel. Your booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing. An enquiry or planner estimate does not reserve transport.
Insurance and disruption
Tell us if you need insurance so we can confirm available cover and cost. If travel is disrupted, we keep you informed and discuss practical alternatives.
