An airport meeting needs a practical handover plan
For a Cork Airport delivery, give the recipient's name, telephone number and flight details where relevant. State whether they will be arriving or departing and when they can meet the courier. We agree an accessible meeting point rather than assume access beyond security.
Cork Airport identifies a meeting point in the Arrivals Area. The exact meeting arrangement must still suit the traveller's location and time available. A flight number alone is not permission to leave an item with airport or airline staff.

Give the receiving department, entrance details and opening hours for business deliveries. Confirm whether reception or another named person may sign. Where the item is needed for a meeting, tell us the last usable handover time, not simply the meeting's start date.

For a traveller's passport, confirm it is already available in the UK and that the collection contact can release it. Send the traveller's next departure deadline in local time. We transport existing documents; we do not issue them or determine whether they satisfy travel requirements.
For signed contracts or certificates, tell us whether the envelope must stay sealed and what acknowledgement you require. Collection of signed paperwork for return to London, an additional stop or a specific appointment must be agreed as part of the quote.

For goods, provide a clear contents description, packed dimensions, weight and value, including any batteries or liquids. Small size does not automatically establish airline acceptance. Dangerous goods are not accepted, and personal carriage does not remove applicable shipment requirements.
