Before requesting a Russia delivery

Each enquiry needs an individual assessment of the contents, sender, recipient, end use, payment arrangements and proposed route against applicable sanctions and export/import controls. Personal carriage, documents or routing through another country do not automatically remove those restrictions.

Send a precise contents description, collection address and ready time, the recipient's full details and the delivery deadline in local time. For goods, include packed size, weight and value. Any required permissions, courier entry eligibility, insurance and workable transport must be established before booking. Same-day or next-day delivery is subject to those checks and availability, not guaranteed.

We do not accept dangerous goods or medical shipments. See the official UK Russia sanctions guidance and government guidance for freight and shipping. These guides do not replace shipment-specific checks.

Select the city for its flight-connection context, final-handover requirements and same-day or next-day enquiry options. Each route is assessed separately; a workable journey to one city does not confirm another.
