DOCUMENTS & SMALL CRITICAL ITEMS
Find the courier service for your documents or items.
Speed starts with the right route; reliability depends on a clear plan from collection to personal handover. Choose the document or item you need to send, then share when it will be ready, the destination deadline and who can receive it. Each guide explains what needs checking before we confirm your delivery.
A clear enquiry helps us assess the journey from collection to the agreed handover. Use this checklist for originals or eligible compact items; we will confirm the route and acceptance before booking.

1. Describe the contents
Give a plain description, document or item count, packed weight and dimensions. For parts or samples, identify any batteries, liquids, materials or special handling that need assessment. Tell us whether insurance needs to be quoted.
2. Confirm collection readiness
Provide the collection address, postcode, contact and the earliest time the complete consignment will be ready. Tell us if a signature, release approval or item preparation is still outstanding.
3. State the destination deadline
Provide the delivery address, receiving hours and latest acceptable handover time. State whether the deadline is in UK time or destination local time. The destination finder displays both to help avoid ambiguity.
4. Identify the receiving contact
Name the authorised recipient and provide a reachable contact number. Include building, office, reception, exhibition stand or maintenance-site instructions needed for the final handover.
5. Flag documents and restrictions
Tell us what accompanies the shipment and any release, receiving or handling instructions. We will assess the information needed for the proposed journey; a guide estimate does not establish airline, border or shipment acceptance.
6. Agree the job before dispatch
Check the quoted scope, total price, collection and handover plan, update arrangements and delivery confirmation. Sending an enquiry or opening WhatsApp does not book transport or take payment.
