We do not describe commercial goods as documents to avoid customs. If a permit, declaration, tax or import process is required, the route must be built around it.

Does the quote include the whole journey?
Your confirmed quote covers collection through to delivery. We check all required travel, handling and any necessary overnight arrangements before you book.
Which time zone should I enter?

Suvarnabhumi (BKK); Don Mueang (DMK) only where the agreed itinerary uses itBKK and DMK are different airports. Any journey between them must be included explicitly; it is not an ordinary change of gate.
The flight's landing time is not the time the recipient can use the item.
