Urgent courier for small engineering and spare parts
When a replacement component is needed for a repair or production deadline, send the part number, packed dimensions and required arrival time. We assess international hand-carry delivery for small engineering parts, with dedicated collection and handover to the receiving team.
Route the replacement part around the repair deadline.
A missing sensor, fitting or machined component can delay a repair even when the rest of the equipment is ready. Tell us when the receiving engineer needs the part in hand, rather than only the preferred flight or arrival airport.
Include the part number, quantity and a plain-language description so the collection team can identify the correct item. We assess the packed component and plan an accepted movement from the supplier or stores desk through to the receiving maintenance team. For aviation components, see our AOG on-board courier service.
Items we can assess
From the stores desk to the receiving engineer.
From the stores desk to the receiving engineer.
The collection ready time and the maintenance team’s working hours matter as much as the travel timetable. We assess the complete journey, including courier positioning, airport processing and the transfer from the arrival gateway to the site.
Check the description, part number, quantity and release status with the collection contact.
Send package count, external dimensions, gross weight, value and packing details.
Give the receiving engineer’s local deadline, site hours and access instructions.
Review contents, transport suitability and the shipment information needed for the proposed route.
Identify a stores desk or permitted meeting point and someone authorised to receive the part.
Agree the route, price, handling instructions and any specific timing commitment in writing.
Keep part identification clear at every handover.

Label the package so it can be matched to the booking and the recipient’s job or purchase reference. Protect exposed edges, precision surfaces and loose components with packing suitable for the agreed journey. Tell us if the package must remain upright or has other handling needs before collection.
What we need to quote
Send the part description and number, packed size, weight, value, condition and latest useful handover time. Include photos of the packaging if they help explain the item.

These route guides help compare gateways and the onward transfer for an urgent parts enquiry. Use the exact supplier and maintenance addresses when requesting a quote; a route listing does not confirm shipment acceptance or travel availability.
Compare the flight gateway with the onward journey to the receiving site.
Include the workshop address and the maintenance team’s receiving hours.
Plan airport arrival and the transfer to the named engineering contact.
Check which arrival gateway fits the factory or service location.

Common questions
Which engineering parts can you assess?
We can assess compact replacement components, machined parts, sensors and similar repair items. Send the exact contents, packed dimensions, weight, value and materials. Eligibility depends on the item and proposed journey; being small or urgently needed does not confirm acceptance.
Can you collect directly from a supplier or stores desk?
Give us the supplier address, release or order reference, ready time and a contact who can hand over the packed item. We assess collection access and travel timing together. Tell us if payment, quality checks or internal release still need to be completed.
Can you carry a used or returned component?
Describe its condition and previous use, and declare any remaining fluids, batteries or other relevant contents. A used part needs its own assessment. Do not assume that a return can follow the same arrangements as a new replacement.
Does arrival at the airport meet the repair deadline?
Usually the useful deadline is when the engineer or stores team receives the component. Give the exact receiving point, local time and access arrangements. We quote for the agreed handover; flight schedules and initial route estimates do not themselves confirm a booking.

Match the replacement part to the repair deadline
Share the part number and description, packed dimensions and weight, declared value and any battery, liquid or hazardous-content details. These determine whether a courier can carry the item and which transport and customs documents are needed.
Name the supplier or stores contact releasing the part and the engineer receiving it. We plan the handover at the repair site, including access hours, rather than treating arrival at the destination airport as completion.
Need a replacement part delivered urgently?
Send the part details, packed measurements, supplier ready time and maintenance deadline. We’ll assess the practical movement.
