Courier delivery questions
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book.
We check your item, the available travel options and your delivery deadline before confirming the job.
How much does a London to Paris document courier cost?
Your quote depends on where and when the documents are ready, the available travel, the delivery address and the recipient’s deadline. Send those details for a confirmed total before booking. If you need a signed document brought back, include the return deadline so we can assess both journeys.
Will you always use Eurostar for Paris?
No. We compare trains and flights for the full journey to your recipient. Eurostar can cost more, so we recommend it when it offers a worthwhile time saving for your delivery.
How is the complete delivery route planned?
We assess the London collection, travel to the departure point, train or flight, arrival formalities and final Paris handover together. Send the exact addresses, ready time and delivery deadline so we can confirm a practical route.
What if a public transport route is unavailable?
We assess a suitable alternative, such as a taxi, and confirm the transport arrangements and total quote before booking.
Does the estimated time include delivery to the address?
Yes. The proposed handover time covers collection, travel to the London station or airport, the train or flight, arrival in Paris and the journey to your recipient. We check the available services and your delivery details before confirming the plan.
Is the price for the whole job?
Yes. The delivery price covers collection through to delivery. We confirm the total quote before you book.
What do you need to give me a confirmed quote?
The exact collection and delivery addresses, when the item will be ready, the earliest and latest delivery times, and contact details at both ends. Please also send the contents, packed size, weight and value, plus any building access or delivery confirmation instructions.
Do you always fly from Heathrow?
No. Heathrow often has the deepest long-haul schedule, but London City, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and St Pancras can be better depending on the collection point, destination and next usable departure.
Do you automatically choose a nonstop flight?
Nonstop is normally preferred because it reduces connection risk. However, the correct measure is final handover time. A one-stop route can occasionally be faster if the next direct departure is too late.
Can you take only documents on this route?
No. Documents are the focus, but compact critical items can be assessed. Passenger-aircraft, dangerous-goods, customs, security and airline rules still apply.
How quickly can you leave?
It depends on collection readiness, courier positioning, ticket availability, airport/rail cut-offs, traveller entry requirements and the item. We assess the live route when you enquire.
